I know. You’ve worked so hard building something or creating a masterpiece, only to find out that it’s wrong. All wrong.
So wrong, that it can’t be fixed. There are only two options: move forward (with all its wrongness) or scrap it.
You need to scrap it and start over.
What about all the time that’s been spent? All the tears and sacrifices? What will people think?
I’ve been there. I worked so hard building a business that wasn’t a business at all. It was a wonderful labor of love, but not a business. Sure it had an impact and sure there was some money made, but I came to a point where I couldn’t move forward with it. Well, I could, but I wouldn’t truly be moving forward; I’d just be spinning my wheels (which can deceivingly look like forward movement).
