Ishmael Reed in Conversation

Had I not received a copy, I wouldn't have known that this past July Ishmael Reed released a collection of essays entitled MIXING IT UP. The pieces were first published in the 'New York Times' and 'Playboy.'
So it's right on time that Cave Canem is hosting Reed with Al Young in what the organization is describing as a "scintillating evening" where the two legendary artist-poets will discuss their lives and work. Poet LaTasha Diggs moderates.
